Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada. If you'd like to order from outside Canada, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within Canada usually arrives in 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Bridal and made-to-order pieces may require additional time. We'll always confirm timelines with you directly for these items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any promotions, such as free shipping over a certain amount, will be shown at checkout when available.
Our Returns Policy
All sales at House of Qalanjo are final. Each piece is carefully reviewed for quality before it reaches you, and our final-sale policy allows us to keep our collections thoughtfully curated and fairly priced.
We make exceptions for items that arrive defective, damaged in shipping, or where the wrong item was sent. In these cases we'll make it right with a replacement, exchange or refund.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once we've reviewed the details, we'll guide you through the next steps with care and cover return shipping for any eligible item.
